You can obtain the Ap index for Alberta, or any other location, from various sources on the internet.

One such source is the website of the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) operated by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in the United States. On the SWPC website, you can find a real-time Ap index chart and data for various locations around the world, including Calgary, Alberta.

To access this information, you can visit the SWPC website at https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/products/planetary-k-index and scroll down to the "Current Kp Index" section. From there, you can click on the "Ap Index" link and select your desired location from the dropdown menu to view the current Ap index value for that location.

Note that the Ap index is updated every three hours, so be sure to check back periodically for the latest data.
